From what I'm hearing, a lot of pros are predicting the Vancouver Canucks to take the cup. To that I say WTF? They've never passed the second round, or shown any consistency. And lets be honest, they're not doing too well in the pre-season either.

Also, who on the Montreal Canadians thought trading Halak was a good move for the team? That has got to rank in the top 3 dumbest trades in history.

Montrealer here. Let me tell you - the Halak trade came as a surprise to the whole city. People were (and still are) PISSED.

Don't watch much anymore but when I did it was all bout the wings.... Redwings!

Flames a perfect 5 and 0 in the preseason so far, with scoring from every line. And this is with 3 of our top centers on injury reserves.

I'm quite happy with how things are looking for this season.

Calgary 7-0 preseason. Absolutely STACKED lineup. I think we may challenge for conference for a change. Very happy.

The team in calgary can play well, but they just don't get along with the coaching staff. I'm not really sure what we're going to do. Promising start, now falling apart. Sigh.
